2.1 Contact form submissions
When you submit a message through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use this data to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to prospective client communications (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or in some cases the performance of pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
2.2 Website analytics
We may collect anonymised usage data — pages visited, approximate geographic region, browser type — to understand how our website is being used. Where this involves cookies or similar tracking, we obtain your consent before doing so. The legal basis is consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
2.3 Cookies
We use essential cookies required for the site to function. We may also use analytics cookies if you consent. See our Cookie Policy for full details.
3. How long we keep your data

4. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with the following categories of processor under appropriate data processing agreements:
- Email and communication service providers (to send and receive email)
- Website hosting providers (our server infrastructure)
- Analytics providers (where consent is given)
Where any processor is located outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).

- Right to rectification — to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure — to request deletion of your data where there is no legitimate reason to retain it.

- Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within one month.
